It was our pleasure to work with Joe Specht in our efforts to find our vacation home in Vermont. We would say that we were extremely “fussy” and had a long list of needs. This did not deter Joe from working with us until we found the right place. Joe was patient, understanding, and available to show us every place we wanted to see in every town we chose. He set us up in his system and when new places became available to the market he would send them to us in an email. When we found something on our own through the web Joe would send us all the details. He started to get to know us well and would say, “Theresa you’re not going to like this place”, and he was right. When we found the right place Joe’s business is set up so that signing papers can be done electronically which is a must when you are buying out of state. He came to the inspections with us, and did not hesitate to refer contractors we needed for inspections and upgrades.
